Teddy Bear

Bears have been made as soft toys for over a hundred years, consiquently the Teddy Bear has become a classic in the toy department.

Naturally he will come in all shapes and designs nowadays, but the traditional look is of a dark fawn cotton plush ...

... other colours were also used in the early days, including exotics such as blue and red.

Bear Shape

Originally the bears were much more bear shaped and included a slight hump on the back justr like a true grizzly bear.

... over the years they have become much more stylised and anthrophomorphic, the hump is now unknown except on a specially produced retro style bear.
